Our nephew Ian was born on 16 November last year so his daddy threw a full moon party at the Hardwicke House in December.
Hardwicke House has evolved over the years, from a deli to a fine dining restaurant to a bistro to an Indian restaurant and now an all-buffet restaurant. Hardwicke House now caters to the buffet going crowd in Penang, being probably the only restaurant serving buffet spreads only.
Buffet lunch is served from 12 Noon to 2:30 pm while dinner is served from 7 pm to 10:30 pm. The price per head has gone up a little since it's opening but is still affordable and value-for-money. The lunch buffet is RM22++ and BBQ buffet dinner is RM42++.
They give special discount for group of 10 and above and the availability of a VIP room at no extra charge is ideal for throwing private functions and parties. The menu is customizable as wished.
