Emperor Q is part of the Ministry of Food (MOF) chain of restaurants which originated from Singapore.
It was the only restaurant at Pavillion Level 1 out of a few we asked with its' kitchen still open at 9:45 pm so we decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a good choice after all.

Oven baked rice cake with soya bean powder & red bean paste
The good thing is there is no added MSG, chemicals, preservatives, artificial colourings or flavourings, as claimed by them.
