Johnny's is a chain of Thai steamboat restaurants in Malaysia. It has been enjoying brisk business ever since it opened a few years ago at the Queensbay Mall in Penang.
It is probably one of only two steamboat restaurants in the Bayan Lepas area (the other one is Lameizhi at Kristal Point). It offers convenience for a quick steamboat meal. The specialty of the steamboat here is the special Thai dip sauce (with lots of sesame and cilantro).
Since there were eight of us, we ordered two Thai steamboat sets: Set B (RM29.90) for 2 pax and Set C (RM59.90) for 4 pax, additional ingredients and two ala-carte dishes.
