The Federal Place is a club cum bistro cum restaurant. It also houses a Clark Hatch Fitness Centre.
The restaurant is on the ground floor of what used to be the famous Federal Theatre at Jalan Dato Kramat. It serves primarily Chinese cuisine and is right next to the bistro with a cozy ambiance.
There was only three of us so we only ordered three dishes.
Garoupa Fish Head Curry (RM38)

Stir Fried Lotus Root, Celery, Brinjal and Straw Mushroom Cantonese Style (RM10)Overall the food was quite good.
The Inchi Kabin chicken was fried well to taste. We also liked how the vegetables were stir fried which retained the crunchiness of the greens. The curry fish head was a tad too sweet for our taste and we still prefer the more sour version.
The bill came to RM76.70 including drinks, towel, steamed rice, peanuts, gov and service tax.
