Nan Yang Chinese Cuisine Restaurant is located opposite Yap Kongsi at the junction of Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling/Armenien Street. It is housed in an old colonial building and still retains the old architecture and layout. The interior exudes the nostalgic feel of an old Chinese pre-war house with high ceiling, oil lamp etc.
The restaurant serves mostly home-cooked style food with some pretty interesting dishes. Do note that I have read mixed reviews from other food bloggers so you have to try it to decide for yourself.
